Another Strong Finish

In the second last race of the season for the GTD class, Roman and his teammate Ian James had another strong finish in the #23 Aston Martin. After qualifying P6, the team was feeling strong going into the Sunday late afternoon race. Both drivers were strong throughout, and the team was sitting between P4 and P6 all race. Roman finished out the race for the team, taking them from P5 up to P4 (after some time in P6). In the last few laps De Angelis was gaining on the P3 team, but also had to keep an eye behind him for the very close P5 team. If there was a bit more time on the clock, the Heart of Racing car might have ended up on the podium again. The crew looks to take this strong performance forward into the final race of the very challenging 2020 season.
